<strong>Ich<\/strong><strong> arbeite<\/strong><\/p><p>Ich glaube fest daran, dass Heilung sowohl im Kopf als auch im K\u00f6rper stattfindet. Als ich anfing, Tanz zu unterrichten, habe ich viel mit K\u00f6rperhaltung und Bewegung gearbeitet, und ich habe schnell gemerkt, dass viele Blockaden psychologischer Natur sind. Als Coach kombiniere ich nun beides. Ich glaube, dass alle Emotionen in Teilen unseres K\u00f6rpers gespeichert sind. Krankheiten des K\u00f6rpers kommen oft aus emotionalen Verletzungen und umgekehrt.\nIch arbeite sehr intuititiv. F\u00fcr mich bedeutet das, dass wir beide sehr aufmerksam darauf achten, was in deinem K\u00f6rper und Geist vor sich geht. Zuerst ist es wichtig, dass du dich sicher und gut aufgehoben f\u00fchlst, sowohl mit mir als Coach als auch mit unserer Coaching-Sitzung. Dann k\u00f6nnen wir damit beginnen, mit den Teilen zu arbeiten, die dir zu schaffen machen oder weh tun.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Wie hat mich mein Lebensweg darauf vorbereitet, Coach zu sein?<\/strong><\/p><p>Als Kind wollte ich Wissenschaftler werden, weil ich dachte, dass sie die kl\u00fcgsten Menschen der Welt sind. Als ich erwachsen wurde, wurde mir klar, dass Wissenschaftler sich auf winzige Themenfelder spezialisieren m\u00fcssen. Aber ich wollte einfach mehr. Ich wollte \u00fcber alles lernen! Mein Lebenslauf sieht entsprechend aus. Ich habe in verschiedensten Bereichen gearbeitet. Von der Raumpflege zur Krebsforschung, von Simulationen f\u00fcr Vertical Farming bis zum Tanzunterricht.<\/p><p>W\u00e4hrend ich in der Schule, an der Universit\u00e4t und bei der Arbeit logisch und ernsthaft sein musste, war das Tanzen mein Raum, um Gef\u00fchle, Intuition und Verbundenheit mit anderen Menschen zu erleben. \nDie tiefe k\u00f6rperliche Verbindung mit Menschen sagte mir in dem Moment, in dem wir zu tanzen begannen, so viel \u00fcber sie aus. Es f\u00fchlte sich an, als k\u00f6nnte ich endlich all die anderen F\u00e4higkeiten nutzen, die mir in den Wissenschaften verwehrt blieben. Ich war so begeistert, dass ich begann, meine Lieblingst\u00e4nze zu unterrichten. In meiner Unterrichtspraxis ging es vor allem darum, Menschen miteinander zu verbinden. Jahre sp\u00e4ter wurde mir klar, dass ich in Wirklichkeit Menschen die n\u00f6tige Freiheit gab, sich auszudr\u00fccken. Ich ertappte mich immer \u00f6fter dabei, dass ich Menschen auf der Tanzfl\u00e4che coachte, weil ihre Barrieren nicht physisch, sondern mental waren. Damals lernte ich, dass echtes Tanzen zu 90 % aus Gef\u00fchlen und nur zu 10 % aus dem Erinnern von Schritten besteht.\nIch stellte fest, dass viele Sch\u00fcler mehr brauchten, als ein Tanzkurs geben konnte. Darum arbeite ich jetzt als Coach. Ich m\u00f6chte, dass meine Klienten sich frei genug f\u00fchlen, um sie selbst zu sein und sich stark, sch\u00f6n und lebendig zu f\u00fchlen.\u00a0<\/p><p>No pain no gain? Das stimmt leider, aber nicht so, wie du jetzt vielleicht meinst.
