sind eine Gruppe von Freunden, die ihr ganzes Leben mit Sinnsuche und Selbstheilung verbracht haben. Jetzt, da wir viele Fortschritte gemacht haben, wollen wir unsere F\u00e4higkeiten mit den Menschen teilen, die sie brauchen k\u00f6nnen. \nWir lieben B\u00fccher, wir lieben gutes Essen und vor allem lieben wir es, die Geheimnisse von Psyche, K\u00f6rper und Seele zu l\u00fcften.<\/p><p>Wir alle haben als Kinder Erfahrungen mit Mobbing gemacht, und das hat uns zu Aktivist*innen gemacht. Wir wollen diese Welt zu einem besseren und sichereren Ort f\u00fcr uns und andere machen. Obwohl wir alle aus unserer rebellischen Teenagerzeit herausgewachsen sind, f\u00fchlen wir uns immer noch rebellisch gegen\u00fcber den Strukturen, die uns nicht die Hilfe und Unterst\u00fctzung gegeben haben, die wir in schlechten Zeiten gebraucht h\u00e4tten. Deshalb haben wir diese Plattform ins Leben gerufen, um andere Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu erreichen und zu unterst\u00fctzen. \nWir wollen nicht l\u00e4nger warten und darum bitten, dass sich die Dinge \u00e4ndern. Wir glauben, dass unsere Erfahrungen pr\u00e4gen, wie wir unser Leben leben. Um gl\u00fccklicher zu werden, m\u00fcssen wir herausfinden, was uns zur\u00fcckh\u00e4lt. Das h\u00f6rt sich nicht aufregend an, aber das muss es auch nicht. IFS geht davon aus, dass unsere Pers\u00f6nlichkeit aus verschiedenen Teilen besteht. Stell dir vor, deine Pers\u00f6nlichkeit ist wie eine gro\u00dfe Familie mit vielen Familienmitgliedern. Jedes Familienmitglied (oder Anteil) hat seine eigenen Gef\u00fchle, Gedanken und M\u00f6glichkeiten, dir beim L\u00f6sen deiner Probleme zu helfen.\nEinige Familienmitglieder haben Angst oder sind traurig, wie ein kleines Kind, das eine Umarmung braucht. Andere verhalten sich vielleicht wie ein tapferer Held, der dir aus schwierigen Situationen heraushilft. \nDiese Anteile sind durch die Erfahrungen in deinem Leben gepr\u00e4gt worden, und einige von ihnen sind sogar \u00dcberlebensstrategien, die dir im Umgang mit traumatischen Erfahrungen geholfen haben. Wenn wir uns im Leben festgefahren f\u00fchlen, liegt das oft daran, dass einige unserer Anteile zu kritisch, verletzt, \u00e4ngstlich, traurig oder w\u00fctend sind. Sie f\u00fchlen sich ungeh\u00f6rt und haben das Gef\u00fchl, dass alles zusammenbricht, wenn sie nicht st\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr uns da sind. \nDas Ziel ist, dass du wie ein f\u00fcrsorglicher Elternteil f\u00fcr diese Anteile wirst, der sich ihre Sorgen und N\u00f6te anh\u00f6rt. Manchmal wollen sie einfach nur geh\u00f6rt und umarmt werden. Manchmal muss man viel Vertrauen wieder aufbauen, wenn die eigenen Anteile sehr verletzt worden sind. That&#8217;s why we created this platform to reach out and support other people on their journeys. We are done asking for things to change, now we are making our own change. What do we believe about meaningful change? Meaningful change sucks, because it is always slower than you want. We are not promising instant solutions to decade old problems. There are no quick fixes, no instant tips, there is just opening up and really connecting with how you feel. We believe that our experiences shape all of us in the way that we live our lives . To truly change our path, we need to find out what is holding us back and build a path we can safely take to change our lives. It doesn&#8217;t sound flashy, but it doesn&#8217;t need to. Learn to truly appreciate all of your parts and work together in harmony. You won&#8217;t even believe what you will be able to do. How do we work? We believe that our bodies and minds are way more complex than we give them credit for. Our bodies communicate us everything that&#8217;s going on if we learn to listen. Sometimes painful experiences reshape the way we act forever and unless we heal, that part of us will be stuck forever. When we navigate life we start missing those parts. Lightness, joy, trust in ourselves, whatever it may be, we can get it back if we rebuild the trust and help the parts heal. Then you can fully show up in life and truly authentically be who you were always meant to be. Why are our prices so low? We consider ourselves mental health activists. Few people can afford to pay 500 Euros\/Dollars a month for a therapist. Waiting many months before a first appointment is considered normal. Therapy is often focussed on quick fixes to make people functional again. The real problems go unaddressed. We believe this world would be a much better place if everyone can get help quickly and affordably! Everyone deserves to be listened to. Everyone&#8217;s feelings matter. That is why our prices are as low as we can afford. Because we truly believe in what we do. The Vision \u00a0 A world where everyone can get help with dignity and kindness.
